Politically Correct Football

Hi,

Read this

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/newspa...1062078,00.html

It suggesting that in children's football they should use various tatics to reduce 30-0 defeats by
1) Reseting the score to 0-0 at half-time
2) Giving the loosing team 2 extra players

this is already being implimented in Scotland!

I wonder how this could be translated into Formula1?

1) Reset points mid-season
2) Give other drivers a lap head start on Michael?

I think they're doing something radical with the points system... in NASCAR, but that's going the other way to separate the top 10 from the rest of the pack in the last 10 races of the season.

By the way, I caught the end of last night's NASCAR race while the Mrs was on the phone to a friend. I've never been a big fan of NASCAR, but the difference with F1 was noticeable. While the F1 race in Bahrain was comfortably won by the Ferraris the NASCAR race went 500 miles and was won by 0.028 seconds, with first and second crossing the line alongside each other.

how about resetting the points after every race until someone other that M. Schmacher wins then call "full-time" on the whole season.
