Hello everyone my name is Josh, Im 38 years old and I've recently turned to Christ but I'll go in to that in another post.

I'm from Oldham UK where I live with my partner of 16 years and my partner and two teenage children.

Bit of a sports nut despite not being in the shape to play anymore, Oldham RLFC & Oldham Athletic are my biggest passions but I also like F1, NFL & Cricket. Also a big lover of live music wether it's a acoustic act in a Irish bar or a big festival being around live music is my thing, I've also had 3 failed attempts at learning to play guitar and I've currently got a beautiful blue acoustic guitar sat there collecting dust that I just cant bare to part with.

Nice to see so many people from the UK on here and seeing Toneboy has an interest in Rugby League has certainly made me feel at home.

Looking forward to discussing my faith with you all soon and hopefully so few of you might have a few pointers for me.

Of all the places I've visited in the north-west I don't think I've ever been to Oldham. I used to work for a company that had a head office in Rochdale, best friend from university came from Warrington and my family loves visiting Manchester.

Oldham doesn't have a lot going for it fairness just another satellite town like Rochdale.

Manchester however is fantastic city
